Initial Cleaning

During this initial clean we want to focus on removing all signs of dust top to bottom. This means we need to carefully vacuum and wipe all surfaces top to bottom. From the top of ceiling fans and light fixtures to the baseboards and floors and everything in between.

Next we completely remove any signs of construction. This would include paint over-spray, sticky adhesives and caulking. Primarily, this is found on cabinetry, counter-tops, showers, sinks, tubs, toilets, fixtures, window glass and frames.

From there we do a general cleaning throughout to make sure everything including the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms and windows are cleaned and sanitized. We then do the needed polishing and final touches to really make everything shine! After this cleaning, project will be considered ready to be moved into.

Touch-Up Clean

We always recommend that we do a touch up clean sometime after the initial cleaning. Between dust settling and people going in and out of your project, a scheduled touch up clean with give you peace of mind that everything is absolutely perfect on that final day.
